A free NDIS price guide for your website

Participants, families and support coordinators can check the official price limit for any support and cost it per week or over a plan, on your site, before they call you. Every figure comes from the NDIA support catalogue. No sign-up and no ads.

What does a support cost under the NDIS?

Search a support to see the maximum price the NDIA allows. Questions about your plan? Get in touch and we'll go through it with you.

This is the real tool, working. Try "support worker", then switch to a Sunday or a remote region.

Why it helps your team

Fewer "how much will this cost?" calls

Families can see the price limit for a support by time of day and region, and how much of a plan 10 hours a week will use, without waiting for a call back.

Links that open on your site

Every result has a button to copy a link to that support item. The link points to your page, so people come back to you, not to us.

A cost estimate in PDF

The weekly and plan calculator turns into a one-page PDF with the item number, the price limit and the NDIA source. Handy for service agreements and plan reviews.

Kept up to date for you

The government says the 2026-27 price limits will be updated later this year for the SCHADS award changes that start on 1 December 2026. When the NDIA publishes new prices, we update the tool and your page changes with it.

How to add it: one line

  1. Create a page (for example Resources or NDIS pricing) or use one you already have.
  2. Paste this code where you want the price guide. In WordPress, use a "Custom HTML" block; in Wix or Squarespace, an embed code block.
  3. To match your brand, change data-color to your colour (without the #).
<script src="https://aivy-ndis.pages.dev/v1.js" data-color="1ca6af" async></script>

Questions

Does it cost anything?

No, not now and not later. There is no paid plan behind it.

Does it collect participants' data?

No. The search runs entirely in the visitor's browser: nothing they type is stored, there are no cookies and no sign-up.

Will it show families a price higher than ours?

It shows the maximum price the NDIA allows, and it says so on every result. Providers can charge less than the limit, and self managed participants are not bound by it.

What do you want in return?

Nothing. Under the price guide there is a small line, "Free NDIS price guide by Aivy", with a link to our website. That's all.

What if we don't want to touch our website?

Use the guide on aivy.com.au and send families a direct link to an item, for example the weekday support worker rate.

Who makes it

Aivy is an AI automation agency in Melbourne. With NDIS providers we mostly work on the admin between a shift and getting paid: rosters into timesheets, timesheets into invoices and claims, and progress notes that are ready for the plan review. On top of the software you already use.
